This policy explains what data Snaabble collects when you use snaabble.com or contact us, how we use and protect it, and the choices you have. It also covers our official Facebook and Instagram accounts and the "Snaabble | سنابل" app registered with Meta.

Who we are

Snaabble is a software company based in Talkha, Dakahlia, Egypt. We design and build websites, online stores, mobile apps, custom systems and automation, and we are responsible for the data described in this policy.

Data we collect

Data you give us:

  • Contact and offer forms: your name, phone or WhatsApp number and the details of your request.
  • Website chat: your phone number and the messages you send.
  • Newsletter: your email address.
  • Job applications: your contact details, CV and any attachments you send.
  • Affiliate program: the details requested in the application form.
  • Reviews: your name and the review text.
  • Messages you send us on WhatsApp, by email or through our social media pages.

Data collected automatically while you browse:

  • The pages you visit, how long you stay and where the visit came from, such as a referral link or UTM tags.
  • General device information: screen size, browser language and time zone.
  • Random visitor and session identifiers kept in your browser's local storage.
  • Usage data collected by Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity, such as clicks and scrolling, to measure and improve the site.

How we use data

  • Replying to your inquiries, preparing proposals and delivering the services we agree on.
  • Reviewing job and affiliate applications.
  • Sending the newsletter or follow-up messages about your request, which you can ask us to stop at any time.
  • Alerting our team to new requests and site activity so we can respond quickly.
  • Measuring and improving the site and our marketing campaigns.
  • Protecting the site from spam and abuse.

We do not sell or rent your personal data to anyone.

Facebook, Instagram and the Snaabble Meta app

We use an app registered with Meta named "Snaabble | سنابل", through a publishing tool we run on our own servers, only to schedule and publish content on Snaabble's Facebook page and Instagram account and to view their performance statistics.

  • The app only accesses the pages and accounts the Snaabble team manages, with the permissions their admins granted.
  • Access tokens are stored on our servers and are not shared with anyone.
  • We do not use the app to collect personal data about Facebook or Instagram users, or to sell it or target ads with it.

Messages and comments you send on our pages are also subject to Meta's privacy policy, and we use them only to reply to you.

Sharing data

We share data only as far as needed with the service providers we rely on to run our business:

  • Hosting and server providers.
  • Google (Google Analytics) and Microsoft (Clarity) for site analytics.
  • The messaging platforms we use, such as WhatsApp and email, and Telegram for our internal team alerts.
  • Meta, when we publish on our Facebook and Instagram pages.

We may also disclose data when a competent authority requires it under the law.

How long we keep data

We keep data for as long as the purpose it was collected for requires, such as following up on your request, performing a contract or meeting a legal obligation, and then delete it or make it no longer identify you.

Your rights

  • Ask for a copy of the data we hold about you.
  • Correct inaccurate data.
  • Ask us to delete your data.
  • Stop the newsletter and follow-up messages.
  • Clear the identifiers stored in your browser from its settings at any time.

Data deletion requests

To delete your data from our records, including any data related to contacting us on Facebook or Instagram:

  1. Contact us by email or WhatsApp (details below) with the subject "Data deletion request".
  2. Include your name and the phone number, email address or account name you used to contact us.
  3. We verify the request, delete the data and send you a confirmation once it is done.

We may keep some data where the law requires it, such as accounting records, and will tell you so in our reply.

Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data from unauthorized access or use, and limit access to the team members who need it for their work. No method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure, however.

Children

Our services are aimed at businesses and adults, and we do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you learn that a child has sent us their data, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our services or data practices change, and will publish the new version on this page with its last updated date.
